Many of our menu selections on this menu are very brightly flavored and full of contrasting elements like the sweet of fruit with the sting of spice. They awaken the palate with interesting ingredients, textures and tastes.

This Tiki Go Go BBQ Menu is for an adventurous gourmet group. The outdoor grill is my favorite way to cooking meat for al fresco dining and I like to marinate it overnight beforehand so the flavors penetrate deeply.
