Set in the heart of Lido Shores, this historic Mid-Century Modern home hosted a catered Tiki Go Go rehearsal dinner party full of retro charm and island-inspired fun. The fabulous Goull-Chapell House, originally built in 1954, provided the perfect backdrop for the celebration. Guests enjoyed Tiki Go Go appetizers, a festive dinner buffet, and classic key lime pie for dessert while surrounded by vintage décor and authentic retro Mid-Mod furnishings throughout the beautifully styled Cox family guest house. Curated surf, tiki, and classic exotica music by Chef Tommy Hawks completed the atmosphere and set the perfect mood for an unforgettable evening.

Love, laughter, ocean breezes, and unforgettable food set the stage for this beautiful tiki-themed rehearsal dinner celebration for 35 special guests.
This joyful evening was designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and full of tropical charm — the perfect way for family and friends to gather before the wedding festivities began. Soft island-inspired décor, glowing tiki accents, and warm hospitality created an atmosphere that felt both elegant and effortlessly fun.
Guests were welcomed with an abundant appetizer spread filled with colorful flavors and comforting favorites. The evening began with cheesy twice baked Yukon Gold potatoes, prosciutto wrapped roasted asparagus, crispy zucchini parmesan fritters, and our signature smoked BBQ baby back ribs that disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived. One of the evening’s most vibrant dishes was a stunning golden beet and orange salad bursting with fresh citrus flavor, crumbled feta cheese and toasted pecans.
As the sun began to set, guests enjoyed an incredible seafood dinner buffet featuring fresh coastal flavors with grilled Sea Scallops and baked Sea Bass with our leek barre blanc sauce. Some additional crowd pleasing favorites included more vegetarian seasonal dishes, all beautifully presented with a relaxed island-style dining experience designed for mingling, celebrating, and savoring every moment together.
To end the evening on a sweet note, the bride’s favorite dessert was served — our creamy homemade key lime pie with its bright citrus flavor and buttery graham cracker crust, bringing the perfect tropical finish to a magical celebration.
