Tiki Go Go Chef Service schedules to arrive hours early to decorate the space with our wide range of unique Polynesian Collectables. We highlight various focal points of the patio with huge wooden craved tiki gods, clusters of tropical foliage and vintage parasol umbrellas. Strings of lights and Japanese paper lanterns are hung from trees and terraces. The outdoor tables are covered with colorful Hawaiian floral print linens and arrangements of fresh picked palm leaves & flowers create lush centerpieces. When it comes to entertaining, it’s the fine details that are so crucial to leave a lasting impression. We bring all the assorted platters, bamboo trays and wooden bowls to deck out the dinner buffet. The classic extra touch of lining our food platters and serving trays with banana leaves and a garnish of fresh orchid flowers .
Inspired by the Islands
Exotic Tunes of Martin Denny help to set the mood as guests arrived in their best Hawaiian shirts and Luau attire. They were greeted with chilled tropical Mai Tai cocktails and platters of Aloha Party Bites like our crowd pleasing grilled Guava BBQ Shrimp and Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna Nibbles. The tiki torches were all lit poolside and a roaring fire pit blazed all night long. Chef Tom Hawks puts a lot of thought in making each party playlist. He knows how important it is to have hours of curated selections of surf tunes and tropical music ready to go in advance. During the party – Chef Tom does double duty as DJ extraordinaire and grill master. He is kept busy manning the BBQ most of the evening with many appetizers and seafood entrees coming hot of the grill with perfect timing.
The bamboo bar is well stocked with assorted Aged Rums, fresh fruit juices, delicious house made specialty syrups, sprigs of mint and always tons of cubed and crushed ice. Our vintage wooden ice buckets, lush flower arrangements and tiki glassware put it over the top with ultra island flare.

A Tiki Go Go client approached us with an unusual request – they wanted to offer a “Tiki Go Go Dinner Party” for 12 guests as a Raffle Prize to help raise money at an upcoming fundraiser for their children’s Elementary School. This Raffle Prize sold out quickly and It was a huge success! The Tiki Go Go Dinner Party Raffle Package was purchased and the fun-loving group of parents marked their calendrer. We love to create a customized menu based on the food preferences of the guests attending so it feels super deluxe. We reached out to the dinner party guests directly and fine tuned the details. We get inspired for each menu by whatever the theme or occasion for the special evening may be. A tropical backyard bash is our specialty.
