The choices we make at the plate will have a big effect on how we feel – function and age.  Diet is one of the most powerful tools we have to help in avoiding or reducing your risk of heart-disease, including diabetes, cancer and other chronic diseases.  Using the connection between food and health is hardly new, dating back to the ancient practice of Ayrurvedic and Chinese medicine, but modern science has taken our understanding of what foods can do to new heights.

We focus on helping our clients eat nutritious home cooked meals with an end goal of attaining Vibrant health.  For example one easy way to reduce the risk of future memory problems is to eat more cooked mushrooms.  According to Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease – Eating 2 portions of cooked mushrooms a week can reduce your risk of cognitive decline 52% and actually boost brain health.  When it comes to eating Fungus it is noted that one serving equals ¾ cup cooked mushrooms. We have personally made a point of putting cooked sliced mushrooms into more of our own meals throughout the week – adding some sautéed sliced mushrooms to tomato sauces, vegetable rice side dishes and more.  We help our clients to discover new health and vitality, through delicious easy to prepare chef crafted dinners.  Over the years many of our clients benefit greatly from eating our carefully planned nutrient dense Tiki Go Go meals.
